云度新能源汽车股份有限公司，是由福建省汽车工业集团有限公司、莆田市国有资产投资有限公司、管理团队、福建海源自动化机械股份有限公司，四方共同出资9亿元成立的混合所有制新能源汽车生产企业平台。公司先后被列为国务院支持福建省进一步加快经济社会发展的重大建设项目、福建省“十三五”重点前期项目、福建省2016年度重点项目、福建省2016年度重大技术改造项目、福建省2017年度重点项目等。

发展规划

云度新能源汽车专注于正向纯电动SUV产品的开发，将在未来3年内完成三款产品上市，打造福建省新能源汽车产业集群。云度汽车将持续以电动化技术建设为核心，大力发展整车集成技术、轻量化技术、智能互联技术，构建以“云电、云盘、云享”三大平台为核心的电动汽车技术架构体系，以汽车工程师的工匠精神+互联网思维的创新理念，打造智能互联电动车实业及互联网产业生态圈。

YUDO New-Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.,(YUDO AUTO) is the first EV manufacturer approved by MIIT ( Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China) among the non-traditional vehicle makers.

 

YUDO AUTO is consisted of 4 shareholders including FJ Motor Group - the biggest state-owned auto manufacturer in Fujian, Putian state-owned assets investment co., ltd., YUDO AUTO Management Team - worldwide EV experts with rich experience and HYM - a listed industry focusing on lightweight material equipments. With its advantage of diversified ownership, YUDO AUTO has been listed in the Major Construction Projects , Key Project of Fujian"13th five-year Plan" and Major Technology Transformation Project of Fujian provice.

 

YUDO AUTO owns core technology of New Energy Vehicle, including vehicle integration , lightweight , intelligent connected and autonomous driving technology with its ambitions to be the top grade EV manufacturer in China by 2020 and one of the most famous EV brands by 2025.

YUDO AUTO focuses on forward development of pure electric SUV, aiming to build up a new energy vehicle industry cluster in Fujian province by launching 3 new models within the next 3 years.
