“十一五”期间，华泰集团按照林浆纸一体化的发展模式，积极实施“走出去”战略，分别在山东东营、安徽安庆、广东新会建设了浆纸生产基地，形成了黄河、长江、珠江三角洲 “三点一线”全国战略布局。同时，集团积极与世界500强公司和知名企业合资合作，先后与德国福伊特、芬兰斯道拉恩索、比利时苏威、美国杜邦等公司合资合作。其中与芬兰斯道拉恩索公司合资建设的SC纸项目、与世界化工巨头比利时苏威集团合资建设高端电子级、食品级双氧水项目，均填补国内空白。

“十二五”以来，华泰集团紧紧抓住黄蓝两大战略机遇，改造提升传统优势产业，大力发展战略性新兴产业，全面提升企业综合实力，依托黄河三角洲丰富的矿产资源优势，建设第二个百万吨精细化工基地；加快产业转型升级和战略重构，建设资源再生利用国家示范基地等循环经济项目；同时，依托集团资源优势，大力发展生物制药、旅游餐饮、现代物流、机械加工制造、房地产开发等第三产业。

“十三五”，公司将按照“稳固、提升造纸主业，拉长、壮大化工产业，发展新能源、新材料、汽车电子、新能源汽车、机械加工及现代物流、金融、贸易、信息等新兴产业”的总体发展战略，积极推进“调转创”。一是把握主业转调发展，投资2亿元加速造纸产业提质增效，进行产品结构调整；二是培育壮大优势产业，推进化工产业一体化发展，完成投资10.8亿元的盐矿开发项目，并进一步向盐化工、精细化工下游发展。三是发挥周边地区产业集群优势，投资20亿元，建设汽车电子工业园区；四是充分发挥铁路、“两仓一站”及鲁北地区的货源优势，大力发展现代物流运输贸易。五是大力实施创新驱动战略，运用“互联网+”思维积极推进信息化产业。把华泰建成国际化综合型千亿元大企业集团，为黄河三角洲开发建设做出更大的贡献！

Huatai Group is China Fortune 500 enterprise group, the first A -Share listed company in paper making industry of Shandong province, specializing in printing, thermal power, forestry, logistics，trade service and real estate，but paper-making and chemical as its core. It employs more than 15,000 with total assets of RMB 30 billion Yuan. The annual capacity of paper products is 4 million tons(including high grade newsprint 1.8 million tons, art paper 700,000 tons, culture paper 800,000 tons,   etc), chemical and papermaking additives 2 million tons and  printing capacity 800 thousand ream, which makes it to be the largest newspaper base in the world and the biggest salt chemical base in China.
